Dinner: large sausage in batter and chips
Snack: 1/2 choc bar
Before bed: 1/3 pint of cream.
I was a 'little' full today. I have missed the feeleing of a swollen belly full of food.

Well, I can't believe it has been a year since my last post. A lot has happened in the past year and to cut a long story short I lost a fair bit of weight. It wasn't through dieting but a change in lifestyle that resulted in me being very active. So basically I got fit and the weight came off automatically.
Things have changed yet again. During my fitter stage I longed for my fuller figure and it really opened my eyes to the fact that I want to continue with my weightgain journey.
I am starting this at a weight of 16st 4lbs. (14lbs in a stone). I hope to get back to my 18st 5lbs (my greatest weight ever) by xmas.
I will update about once a week.

maintainingSoooo long since I updated but its very busy here. I'm in the process of moving and the gaining fund is very low so its more a case of maintaining than gaining.......
Once we've moved and everything is in order we should be able to continue and pack on thoses lbs.

Finally got to stand on the scales today. Over 18st! Yay me! Thats a gain of 7lbs or 1/2 a stone. Fantastic!
Mandy and her mum met me after work and I think my belly must be showing the signs of gaining as Mandy's mum patted my belly and asked 'What's this!?'. I replied that it was happiness and contentness!
So it's all starting to pay off....all this eating.....I feel great.

After posting yesterdays words I had a few snacks whils surfing the web. Mainly a packet of jaffa cakes and a bag of peanut m&ms. When Mandy got up she cooked me a huge fry-up. A total of 4 sausages, 7 peices of bacon, baked beans, and 3 eggs with 3 slices of thick toast, all washed down with about 2 pints of tea. I was stuffed!
I rested for an hour or so after that but soon it was time to was the cars and do other chores. I put on an old pair of trousers that I hadn't worn for about two months and they were tight! They hung lower around my butt.....and forced my belly to hang over the wasteband more than they ever did! I purposely wore a tighter t-shirt too so I felt amazing when out washing the cars. I could feel my belly wobble and feel it as a bent down as I washed the lower parts of the cars.....this is what I'd been waiting for. The bacon had made me quite thirsty and I got through nearly two litres of juice before mid-afternoon. My belly was nice and round. The cars were done and it was time for a snooze.
My evening meal just helped add to my growing figure. Heaven.
I feel fat. I feel great.
So, I'm 3 weeks in to my gaining. Here are the highs and lows:
Highs: In my yahoo profile pic ( expanda2002 ) you can see a great gain, my belly is a little bigger and, to me, a lot softer. I notice more when I bend over to put my socks on....It feels more squidgy. I can notice my belly stick out more under my t-shirts. I feel great because of this.
Lows: My gain is slow. My appetite is not as high as I want due to a lot of stress at work. This means I tire quickly when eating and as such have not had many big binge days. Although my belly is bigger I haven't really grown. My measurements are very similar to the first day. Alright my belly is an inch or so bigger but that is mainly due to being full all day.
I know my gain wont happen overnight. I realised that in my early teens when I would gorge on food and hope to wake up the next morning fat! I suppose to me it's harder to notice any change. I have to remember that any gain is all over and not just concentrated to my belly.
Oh yeah, my hours of work have changed and it means I catch the bus in instead of parking and having a 20 minute walk. The bus stops right outside so I only walk 100 yards. Lets hope this lack of exercise adds to the gain!
Here's to the next three weeks.
Today felt hard going as I found it really hard to eat the same amount as yesterday. I just felt full soon after starting my second lunch. It may have had something to do with the pint and 1/2 of cream/milk mix I had for breakfast. Tonight I will try to finish my litre of cream/milk mix before bed so I can be ready for tomorrow.
Feeling full is such a wonderfull sensation. Being able to look down at my belly all round and tought. So unhealthy I know but I am managing anout 300-400 grams of fat a day as I want to increase all of my body and not just get a large belly. I still manage my gym and fresh fruit and veg intake.
Letting myself go like this is amazing....I have more confidence and more energy. Totally brilliant.

Well! woke this morning still feeling the effects of yesterday. Let me explain: First off I took double my normal lunch and then some to work and in the evening went out with friends to a local Indian resteraunt. It was fantastic. I ate soooo much during the day that by the time I went to bed my belly was full and sticking out loads. Now all I gotta do is stock up today to keep nice and full.........
